We want you to love your VRG GRL pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals remain intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your return has been processed.
